ABOUT US

The EMPFRAU project is a small-scale partnership aimed at empowering migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeking women and girls. Our project recognizes the potential of migrant women and their important contributions to society. However, we also recognize that many migrant women face significant challenges when it comes to accessing the labor market and achieving economic empowerment.

The EMPFRAU project aims to address these challenges by providing migrant women with the necessary tools and resources to enter the labor market and contribute to the host society. Our project provides information on the job search culture of the host country, as well as training and support in job applications, interviews, CVs, and motivation letters. By doing so, we aim to bridge the social and cultural gaps that exist among a diverse range of female migrants and enable them to adapt to the social community and integrate into the host society.

The EMPFRAU project also aligns with the European Gender Equality Strategy 2018-2023, which emphasizes the importance of gender equality and the need to empower women, including migrant women. We believe that our project can contribute to reducing the socio-economic gap between men and women in general and can have a positive impact on the lives of migrant women and their children.

We invite you to explore our website to learn more about the EMPFRAU project and our activities. We also welcome feedback and suggestions from our stakeholders and partners.
